Making a Booking
Once we have confirmed your holiday arrangements we offer three ways to book from the web site but please first ensure you have carefully read the Booking Conditions.
Paying by cheque/credit card by Mail: Please print out, complete and sign the Booking Form and mail it to us with your deposit. Please make cheques payable to 'Tuscan Holidays'.
Paying by credit cards using Fax: Please print out, complete and sign the Booking Form, including your credit card details and fax it to us with your deposit calculated.
Paying by credit cards using Online Secure Server: Please fill in the Secure Booking Form, including your credit card details. All details that are submitted to us in this way are completely secure.
Credit cards: We would be happy to take your deposit payment by credit or debit card. Please enter details on the booking form. We accept Access, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or Switch.
On confirmation from us that the hotel is available, the booking form and deposit must reach us within five days.
Once we have received your signed booking form together with the deposit we will re-confirm the reservation and receipt your payment, advising you of the balance and the date due. No contract exists until we have received the deposit together with the booking form duly signed.
The
balance for the holiday must be received ten weeks before the holiday commences.
